Hidroten's R & D + i has been designed to develop a safe and innovative filter, this has allowed us to offer to the market a new system of filtering by anti-algae radial rings and equipped with a unique system of central axis, which contributes Exclusive features that facilitate your filtering, cleaning and maintenance actions. Their rings are configured with progressive reduction channels, achieving a deep filtration and a great capacity of retention of particles
CHARACTERISTICS RING FILTERS
Filters especially directed to the sectors of agriculture, water treatment, industry and gardening.
Two degrees of filtration: 120 and 140 MESH.
Central axis. Exclusive and unique in the market, where the radial rings are guided.
PP rings that make them resistant to most chemicals.
The shape of their rings is unique. Their radios allow to improve the cleaning of the rings by their vibratory movement.
The toothed configuration of the anti-algae rings allows retaining the algae on the outside, preventing them from paralyzing
The filtering process.
The locking clamp is manual and easy to use, as well as being highly resistant to being made of stainless steel (A2).
New 3/4 "aeration top female thread outlet to install a suction cup and allow the entrance and exit of the
Air, improving filter performance and protection against overpressure.
They have two reinforced manometric connections (3/8 ") in the input and output to control the loss of load
Produced by accumulation of solids inside.
They have two male thread drain outlets, one of 2 "and one of 3/4", allowing the dragging of the elements
Thick and increasing the time between cleanings.
Body marked with flow direction.
Available connections: flange, male thread and grooved system.
PN 8, 63-2 "to 90-3". Filtration surfaces of 1310 cm2 for 2 "and 1,760 cm2 for 2" super and 3 ".
The rings are plastic discs with grooves printed on a cylindrical and perforated central support. The water is filtered through the small ducts formed between two consecutive rings. Depending on the number of slots in each disc, the quality of the filtrate varies, obtaining degrees of filtration of 125 or 105 microns. HIDROTEN ring filters are equivalent to 120 and 140 MESH meshes. The shape of the grooves is not uniform, therefore, the small ducts that are formed have different sections and sizes, achieving a deep filtration, as the solids are retained along the filtration channel according to their size.
